Silverware Holder For Thanksgiving

Gobble Gobble everyone.  I can't believe that Thanksgiving is around the corner already. So much planning, so much cooking, all in the name of Turkey day and spending quality time with family.  Lets show some real love to out tables with this darling silverware holder.

Good old Maxwell.  It's not just coffee anymore. :D
This is what my project started as.  I just couldn't bring myself to throw it away when I knew I could do something fun with it.

Here is what you will need for this transformation:
Cricut Cartridges:
Country Life (Letters Cut @ 2 inches)
Holiday Cakes ( decoration cut @ 3 inches)

Other Stuff:
Gypsy (for Welding)
DCWV paper                           Stickles
Ribbon                                     Bling
ATG Gun                                 Stampin UP Crystal Effects
Red Sticky Strip                      Heavy Duty Chipboard

Here is what you are left with when you are finished.

This decoration has Cinnamon Stickles on it along with Crystal Effects on the acorns.
Red tape was used for the ribbon.  I wanted it to stay put and in place.
Here i but a slit in the middle of 2 six inch pieces of chipboard to make the dividing areas for the silverware.

This really cute project  will complete any table setting. I hope you enjoyed it.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

  1. This is a great idea! Love what you did with the ribbon too! I have a Kirkland tin down in my craft room waiting... At some point I'll wrap some paper on it.
