Winter Mini Album Using an Acrylic Base
Oh my gosh have I missed my scrap room. It felt relaxing to go in there and use my imagination. I have been so busy with the holidays and getting more hours at work that I have not had time to craft. I think I may have to start scheduling things in advance now. That is okay though. lol
With the time that I have found the during the last week, I have slowly put together this really cute winter mini using Christmas goodies. Sorry this is not a tutorial but I have not had the time. I hope it gives you inspiration non the less and that you all had a great Christmas and received lots of crafting goodies to play with.

Welcome to the Funmare Before Halloween Blog HOP Hosted by KINDERSTAMPO
First, let me start off by saying thanks to Jess at KinderStampo for inviting me to do this hop with her and all of the other talented ladies. I hope you are all enjoying the creeping through the hop. You should be arriving here from Martha. If this is your first stop, you need to head over to Jessica at KinderStampo.
Secondly, I am presenting a super cute Mini Mini Album that is so simple to make and you will have lots of fun doing it.
Secondly, I am presenting a super cute Mini Mini Album that is so simple to make and you will have lots of fun doing it.
Cut out 6 4X4 pieces of chipboard and 12 pieces of Halloween paper. Apply the paper to the chipboard using glue. Punch holes at the 2 and 3 inch mark. Decorate your pages as you would like using bling, buttons, embellishments, border punches, or anything else you would like. Apply them with hot glue. insert your binder rings through the holes and tie lots and lots of ribbon onto the binder rings to hide them. That is all you need to do. Insert your pictures or give as a gift. This is good for any holiday.
For the mini mini tags all you have to do is cut out a 1 1/2 X 2 or 3 inch piece of chipboard and cover with paper. Add an embellishment or leave blank.
The image is on page 29 and cut at 4 inches. The chipboard around Mr. Bones is from K&Company (Spooktacular chipbox) tied on with some twine.
I used Stickles to accent his top hat, a scallop border punch from Stamping Up and I used my I-Rock and the pearls to go with it on the border.
You next stop is Mel over at http://scrappymel.blogspot.com/
Let's see what she has brewing in her cauldron.
BONE CHILLING CARD
For this card I used the Happy Hauntings Cricut cartridge and Scrappy Moms Stamps (A Haunting We Will Go).The image is on page 29 and cut at 4 inches. The chipboard around Mr. Bones is from K&Company (Spooktacular chipbox) tied on with some twine.

For the giveaway, I am giving out another scrapbook layout made by me away with some Halloween paper and some bling.
Just leave a comment (one per person please) on this post and a way for me to get a hold of you. If you win, you will have 3 days to respond to my email to you. If you don't, I will pick someone else. I really do not want to do that. I would love for you to become a follower but not required.

Hey everyone, I hope you are all enjoying your Thursday. The weekend is almost here so just hang in there. :)
For today's card I decided not to use my Cricut. It is Funny because I recorded this morning and found out Emma over at My Creative Time had the same idea not to use any machines. I didn't copy your idea Emma I swear, Great minds just think alike I guess.lol
Since her challenge starts today I said to myself well. I might as well enter it into the challenge. lol To learn the folded ribbon technique click HERE

Spooky Card With aTwist
Hey everyone,
Have you ever stayed up all night thinking about a project that happens to pop in your head? So you would say to yourself " That would be awesome "and then toss and turn the rest of the night thinking about how you are going to do it, the dimensions, and what tools you would use.
I had a night like that a couple of days ago. I was restless. I wanted to go down and make it right away, but it was 2 in the morning.
This card is cute and can be used on any occasion. It has a secret compartment in it. How cool is that. I am pretty sure that is an original scrappin3rdeeschik idea, but I can't be certain. I have not yet seen a card like it.
So without any further delay her is the video.

Anniversary card for my in-laws
So my husbands parents have a wedding anniversary on the 10th of this month. As I was brain storming I thought hmmm, I haven't gotten to use the Sweetheart Cartridge much. As I looked through the booklet, I came up with a plan.
Here is a video of the card. Enjoy
As promised about leaving a link to my tutorial on the ribbon folding pleat technique:

Super Simple Project of the week # 15 Making your own Napikin Holders
So, I am so glad to be back from Washington DC. It was so worth going but getting lost and ending up smack dab in the middle of DC with 37 ft 5th wheel travel trailer isn't fun. lol
The GPS took us everywhere we did not want to go. Anyways, I am back and am itching to scrap. I took 200 pictures while we were there.hehe That should keep me busy and I have to start pondering what I am going to do for some up coming blog hops.
To start off my pent up scraping, I wanted to knock out the Super Simple Project of the week.

There are two orders of business, one being my scrappy projects and two, BLOG CANDY. Yippee
I have prepared two projects for you using the Sweet Somethings Stamps set. The first is a scrapbook layout..........♥
On this layout I used the Sweet &Sassy stamp along with the Forever Young Cricut Cartridge. The image is cut at 7 inches. I also used some glittered flowers from a local scrap shop her in town. The paper is my own. I took a plain piece of cardstock and stamped it my self. You can check out that video (HERE). For the left edge of the paper I punched 3 lengths of paper using the Martha Stewart Scallop Dot Punch. The shiny retro paper is something I found at Walmart. I also ran the 2nd layer of the dress through the swiss dot Cuttlebug folder
My second project is a card using the Sweet Somethings stamps and Forever Young cartridge. Here is the video:
Now for the: ♥BLOG CANDY♥
Here is what I am giving away:
A Plantin School Book Cartridge ( this came with my Pink Cricut and had never been used.
