Another No Cricut Card : Mothers Day Card

HI everyone and welcome back for another No Cricut Card.  This one was made to give to my mom.  I can't even begin to tell you  how simple this one is.  All you will need is a Maripose stack by DCWV, corner rounder, Pearls, clear embossing pad, UTEE(ultra thick embossing enamel), Dazzling Diamond glitter by Stampin UP, and cardstock.
This is a business envelope size card, The size is 8 by 9 1/4 folded in half.  The cream second layer is 1/8 the size of the base and the pretty paper is 1/8 the size of the cream paper.     Use your corner rounder to punch the corners of the patterned paper. :D
Now, after you  used your Atg gun to stick down your layers, you are going to add glitter to your paper where you want it.  Then  you need   cut out by hand your butterfly from the second sheet of the same paper. As you know you do get two of the same  patterned paper in DCWV.

With the cut out butterfly you are going to  use your  embossing pad and dab it onto your butter fly.  Add your UTEE and heat it with a heat tool as you would any embossing powder.  Heat it fast so you can  add more UTEE to the image and reheat.  This gives it a thicker coating and makes it more durable.  Finally use a glue to glue the butterfly down.

Finally add your pearls to the bottom and that will finish this elegant card.  Simple and beautiful.

HUGS AND BLESSINGS,
