Hello everyone and welcome to the Sweet ♥ Valentine Day Hop . I hope you all are having a fun filled relaxing day and weekend. Thanks you Dee for allowing me to participate in this love filled hop.
you should have arrived here from Corri. If you didn't then you need to heat over to Dee at http://deesdesignsfrommyheart.blogspot.com/ .
For my project I decided to make some Valentines. I know you all have kids who trade these darling things in school, so why not make then instead of buying them. These are easy peezy.
Here is what you will need:
Sweet Hearts Cricut Cartridge cat and dog cut at 2 1/2 inches)
1- 3x4 cream cardstock
1- 2 3/4 x 3 3/4 pink cardstock
2- stamp pads (choc. chip & regal rose) & sponge dauber
1- versamark pad,clear embossing powder&heat gun
2 - stamp sets (the sentiments of your choice and sprinkles from Stampin UP) I used Scrappy Moms Love Notes Stamps and Inkadinkado
Helmar 450 glue, bling, pearls, pink buttons, pink ribbon, Zig 2 way glue pen, google eyes, stickles and lots of love. :D
The first step is to emboss your pink card stock using the Versamark clear embossing powder, hearts in the Sprinkle Stampin UP stamp set.
Stick that layer when done down to the cream cardstock.
Put your image together and use pop dots to stick it onto the paper.
make your ribbon into a bow and use the Helmar glue to add it to the pink paper.
Add buttons to 3 corners.
For the dog image add a mini Prima flower and a little bling.
Add stickles to the heart image on the cat and the heart on the dog along with it's collar.
