As you know, I was invited to be a guest designer for the Crafty Card Gallery. What an honor. Many thanks to Jennifer from the Gallery. :) My cards get to be added to the IPhone App. WOOHOO To check out the Gallery and the app info click HERE.
This is card number 1 of 3 for this week. I really hope you enjoy them and find some fun inspiration.
This is a standard A-2 size card and the theme is based on Valentines day.
The designer paper is from Paper Trey INK and the card base is Rich Razzelberry from Stampin UP.
I finally got to uses the Cindy Loo Cartridge I got a couple of months ago. :D YAY
The squirrel is on page 62 and is cut at 3 inches along with it's layers. I did a little bit of doodling and added a pink mini Prima flower to her ear.
For the thought bubble dots I used my Martha Stewart scallop dot border punch to get the circles left over from the punch.
A 2 inch scallop oval punch was used for the sentiment and bling was added for some extra sparkle. The sentiment is from on of the My Pink Stamper Sets.
The 4 extra nuts were cut out from the Create a Critter Cartridge on page 32.
They measure 1 inch.
To the left is a little closer look at the detail.
Have a great week.
