Gaby Abby SEI Challenge #9

The Theme is GLITTER IT UP.  

If you would like to join this Challenge and a chance to win some candy click HERE.  I decided to make a scrapbook layout using some DCWV paper and a lot of Stickles.HEHEHE
This is a 12x12 layout. The mats or the photos is a blue shimmer paper.  For the embellishment I used my Holiday Cakes Cricut cartridge and cut out the snowflake border on page 57 at 2 inches along with the layered snowflakes.  Extra snowflakes were cut at 2 1/2 inches and pop dots were used on them to add some dimension..  I added 3 colors of Stickles to the snowflakes on the paper and border. 
An I-Rock was used to add some white pearls to many of the snowflakes. 

A sticker chipboard phrase and a silver snowflake was added at the top right.
