Cream City Ribbon Blog Environmental Awareness HOP RRR (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)

                             Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
That's what it is all about
If you are here from Kim then you are in the right spot.  If  not you can start over at Nikki's by clicking HERE
A while back I was one of 15 winners to try a free  Cream City Ribbon kit.  This Cream City Ribbon is produced from renewable, biodegradable cotton fiber, grown and processed responsibly in the USA with water based dyes and without chlorine bleaches. Inks are soy (plant) based and non-toxic.  Adhesive is non-toxic and US Department of Agriculture (USDA) approved for indirect food use.  So, for the tree hugging crafters out there, this ribbon is for you. :)  To check out there site, CLICK HERE.
You can do a lot of things with it.  On my project I curled it with scissors.

For this A-2 card, Give A Hoot was used as it has many Recycling cuts and phrases in it.  The bear in the trash can is on page 61 and cut along with its layers at 3 1/2 inches.
The (Don't Be Trashy ) phrase is on pg 61 and cut at 1 1/2  inches.
The charm/tag is on page 40 and cut at 1 3/4 inches.
The recycle phrase was printed on the computer.

I ran the Don't Be Trashy phrase through the  Swiss
Dots cuttlebug folder and inked up the embossed dots so you can see them on the paper.
Cream city ribbon was curled and used to look like trash in the can with the bear.
Twine was added as an extra embellishment.
I hope you are enjoying the HOP.  Scroll lower for the entire list of Blogs.
