Altered Frame for the Winter Season

This is a frame I have had for some time.  It had some fake leather on it and I didn't like it.  I used paper, Mod Podge, Shimmer Mod Podge, Stickers, a punch, an I-Rock and that is it.

All I did was cut out my paper 1/4 inch larger than the frame added  Mod Podge to the  frame, added my paper to the frame and let dry.  I then added my Sparkle Mod Podge to the paper and let dry.  The border was added after the first layer of Sparkle Mod Podge was dry and another coating was added to that.    After it was all dry the establishments were added .  That is it.  Very easy and Super Simple. :D
