My 1st Attempt @Layering a Ton On a Scrapbook Layout

HI everyone.  I hope you are all doing super awesome.  I want to apologize ahead of time if it seems like I am not posting as often as usual.  I am studying for a test  to get into Nursing School.  Priorities, priorities. :D  So I am sorry.
Anywho I am trying my hand a lots of layers on a layout.  I would love some tips and hints.

I used the heritage cartridge to cut out the big cream tag at 10 inches.  The rest are all layers of embellishments  I had laying around.  The paper is DCWV  and I also used Prima, K&Co embellishments and a little bit of ink around everything. :D.

Hope you like it.  Be critical please. :D  I would love to improve on this kind of layout.  Thanks. D
Hugs and Blessings,

  2. I think it is beautiful. I really like the circle and the ribbon that drapes around it. :O)
So did you enjoy the layering? I did my first one the other day, and I actually liked it. Not my typical style, but fun.

  3. Hey Meighen :)

I like the LO you put together and the layering is lovely! my favourite is the ribbon on flowers surrounding your frame.
Have you ever tried layering with a few more pattern papers? sometimes the weirdest combinations really work. I've dabbled with this in my card making and think I am ready to introduce it to my scrapbooking too.
    Hope I could help :)
