Super Simple Project 23 Simple Valentine Card

Hi everyone, I have a super simple card for you today using the Hello Kitty Greetings Cartridge.  I am on call  for work today so i can't ramble too much.  So here we go....................

 This card is a 4x 11 card folded in half.  The second layer is 3 3/4 x 5 1/4.

 These balloon are from 2 different Hello Kittty images.  One being on page 39 and the other on page 50.  I cut out the whole image and just used scissors to cut off the balloons.

 I stamped everyone with the new Scrappy MOMs stamps Love Notes and added Fruit punch Stickles to two of them.

 I tied twine around the ♥ and hit the end behind the 2 inch scallop.  pop dots were used for some dimension and buttons were added as the finishing touch.
