Glow in the dark MOD PODGE

So this is my first time working with it and right now I am just playing around.  I purchased this glow in the dark Mod podge to see if it actually works.  Well... it does.  This would be great on any Halloween project you do during this season.  Here are a couple of pics.  My camera does not take pics in the dark, but I managed a picture of the bottle of Mod podge  and a couple of skulls I made.

    /very cute cuts! I can barely make it out that there is something in the last photo! Does it need to be kept in the light for awhile before it works? I have looked at the MS glow in the dark glitter but I wasn't sure how it would work either.
