Summer Card with MPS stamps. :) Sweet thoughts of You

Hi everyone,

          I hope all of you had a fabulous weekend.  What a great time to celebrate our soldiers, past , present, and future.  God Bless all of them and their families.  Just wanted to get that out there.

As it is summer, I wanted to make a card that was cute and simple.  I had some watermelon this weekend and thought of this card. I hope you enjoy it.

Here is a list of what I used and a picture as well.

The Cricut Cart is Preserves.  I used the watermelon on page 38 cut @ 2 1/2 inches as well as it's layers.  The tag i put the sentiment on is on page 52 cut @ 2 inches.

The paper is DCWV Flower Shower and the Glitter Mat Stack

Stamps Are MPS Simply Sweet Occasions

1 1/2 inch scallop punch from Stampin UP bite out of the water melon.
as well as a corner rounder punch for the bottom corners.

The ink is Craft ink in Basic Black
I also used a little piece of twine to wrap around the card, 2 brads from OTC ( Oriental Trading Company)
and a small piece of green ribbon.
